Access and correction

• You also have the right to ask us to correct information about you, which is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Our policy is to consider any requests for correction in a timely way.
• If you wish to exercise your rights of access or correction, please contact the Future Workforce Privacy Officer who will explain how we will handle these requests.

Storage of information

• Future Workforce takes reasonable steps to ensure the security of your personal information from risks such as unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure.
• Our IT systems are password protected and comply with relevant security standards, and if personal information is held on paper files, it is stored in locked filing cabinets.
• We only permit your details to be accessed by authorized personnel.
