Future Workforce respects the privacy of all our customers and is committed
to safeguarding the personal information that you provide to us.
Protecting your privacy
- Our Privacy Policy outlines how we will handle personal information
about you. It covers its collection, use and disclosure.
- This policy only applies to our databases and files and does not
cover any State, Territory or Commonwealth Government database or
file. You are advised to contact the relevant government agency for
a copy of their privacy policy.
What personal information do we collect
- We collect contact details and other information relevant to
providing you with assistance, services or products.
- Sensitive information is a special category of personal information.
It covers a range of issues such as ethnic group, health, disability, criminal
record and a number of others. Additional safeguards apply and in most cases,

you with our services.

and associated services as specified to you at the point of collection, or for another

- We are under a legal duty to do so, including circumstances where we are under a
lawful duty of care to disclose information.
Access and correction
- You have the right to seek access to information we hold about you (although there
are some exceptions to this).
- You also have the right to ask us to correct information about you, which is inaccurate,
incomplete or out of date. Our policy is to consider any requests for correction in a timely way.
- If you wish to exercise your rights of access or correction, please contact the Future
Workforce Privacy Officer who will explain how we will handle these requests.
Storage of information
- Future Workforce takes reasonable steps to ensure the security of your personal information
from risks such as unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification or disclosure.
- Our IT systems are password protected and comply with relevant security standards, and if
personal information is held on paper files, it is stored in locked filing cabinets.
- We only permit your details to be accessed by authorized personnel.
